Cancellation policy

These Subscription Terms govern your enrollment in the Protocol Ritual monthly subscription program. By purchasing the Protocol Ritual Home Kit, you agree to these terms in full.

Auto-Enrollment

Every purchase of the Protocol Ritual Home Kit ($149.00) includes automatic enrollment in the Protocol Ritual Monthly Supply Subscription at $34.99 per month. Your first month's supply is included in your kit purchase. Your first subscription charge of $34.99 will occur 30 days after your kit purchase date.

Billing Cycle

Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. Your payment method on file will be charged $34.99 on each renewal date. You will receive an email notification before each charge.

Shipping Schedule

Your monthly supply ships on day 25 of each billing cycle — before your current supply runs out. This ensures you never experience a gap in your protocol. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to your email address on file.

What's Included in Each Monthly Shipment

Your monthly TRT subscription supply includes:

•       10× Henke-Ject® 3ml Luer Lock syringes

•       10× Hencke 25G × 1" injection needles

•       10× BD 18G × 1" draw needles

•       20× alcohol prep pads

 

Peptide Add-On subscribers additionally receive:

•       30× HSW 1ml 30G × ½" fixed needle syringes

•       30× alcohol prep pads

Protocol Ritual sources exclusively from confirmed German and US manufacturers. Your supplies will be consistent — same brand, same specifications, same quality — with every shipment. We do not substitute manufacturers or specifications without prior notice to subscribers.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel:

•       Log in to your Protocol Ritual account at protocolritual.com

•       Navigate to Manage Subscription

•       Select Cancel Subscription

 

Cancellations made before your next billing date will take effect immediately and no further charges will occur. Cancellations made after your billing date has processed will take effect at the end of that billing cycle — your final shipment will still be delivered.

Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months through your account portal. Pausing stops billing and shipments for the selected period. Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause period unless you cancel.

Modifying Your Subscription

You may add or remove the Peptide Add-On at any time through your account portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are non-refundable once your monthly shipment has been dispatched. If your shipment has not yet been dispatched, contact hello@protocolritual.com within 24 hours of your billing date to request a refund.

Price Changes

Protocol Ritual reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of your subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process your payment up to three times over seven days. If payment cannot be processed your subscription will be paused until valid payment information is provided. You can update your payment method at any time through your account portal.
