Protocol Ritual LLC is committed to delivering a premium experience with every order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

The Home Kit — $149.00

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Protocol Ritual Home Kit. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will make it right.

 

Eligible for refund or replacement:

       Kit arrived damaged in transit

       Case is structurally defective

       Wrong item received

       Kit contents are incomplete upon arrival

 

Not eligible for refund:

       Change of mind after the kit has shipped

       Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

       Consumable supplies that have been opened or used

       Kits purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request

 

To initiate a return or replacement on your kit contact hello@protocolritual.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the damage or defect. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Monthly Subscription Supplies

Due to the nature of medical consumables, monthly subscription shipments are non-refundable once dispatched. This policy exists to protect the integrity and sterility of the supply chain.

 

Eligible for replacement:

       Supplies arrived damaged in transit

       Wrong items received

       Items are missing from your shipment

       Packaging integrity has been compromised upon arrival

 

To request a replacement on a subscription shipment contact hello@protocolritual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel a subscription order that has not yet been dispatched, contact hello@protocolritual.com within 24 hours of your billing date. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment we will issue a full refund of that month's charge. Orders already in fulfillment or dispatched cannot be refunded.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund for any charges already processed. Please review our Subscription Terms for complete details on cancellation timing and billing cycles.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error — damaged, defective, or wrong item received. In those cases Protocol Ritual will cover return shipping costs where applicable.
