Protocol Ritual LLC ships all orders from our US-based fulfillment center. Please read this policy to understand our shipping process and timelines.

Shipping Destinations

Protocol Ritual currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time. We plan to expand shipping destinations as we grow — join our email list to be notified.

Shipping Costs

Orders of $99.99 or more ship free via standard shipping — which means every Protocol Ritual Kit ships free. For orders under $99.99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout at calculated rates.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates (from dispatch)

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
• Overnight shipping: 1 business day

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number you can use directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

Protocol Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Protocol Ritual is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or household members first, then contact [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We reserve the right to require signed delivery confirmation on replacement shipments for reported lost packages.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before discarding anything and contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Refund Policy for the full damaged/defective process.

Address Errors

Protocol Ritual is not responsible for shipments delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an address error, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship; reshipping fees may apply.
