FAQ

Does it need charging?
No. There is no battery and nothing to plug in.

How long does it stay cold?
8 hours between 2 and 8 °C (36–46 °F) at room temperature. Hot weather and frequent opening shorten that.

What fits inside?
Vials from 3 mL to 10 mL, or pens, using interchangeable trays.

Can I fly with it?
Yes. It’s sized for carry-on bags, and TSA allows ice packs and gel packs used to keep medication cold in carry-on luggage.

When can I buy one?
The Cold Pod launches in Q1 2027. Join the list and you’ll hear first. We don’t take payment until it’s ready to ship.

*Median of seven full-length test runs in the production Cold Pod at room temperature (66–72 °F), with cooling packs frozen overnight and vials loaded from the refrigerator. Vials loaded straight from the refrigerator can dip just below 2 °C during the first hour before settling into range. The Cold Pod is a travel and organization accessory; store your medication as directed by your pharmacist.
